Co-ordination and communication with origin country agent
Review of veterinary documents and guidance to meet entry requirements
Application for required Import Permit
Quarantine booking (when required)
Veterinary inspection on arrival
Customs and airline release on arrival
Delivery to final destination in maintained and air-conditioned vehicles
If an additional flight is required – booking of flight, completion of airline required documents and check in at the airport with the airline

Out of South Africa

State Veterinarian endorsement

Export customs documents
Check in at the airport with the airline
